Dress Code

At The Q, were a relaxed and welcoming venue. To ensure comfort, safety and enjoyment for all, we kindly ask patrons to observe the following standards:

Not Permitted

Bare feet

Offensive or obscene shirts

Soiled, torn or excessively worn clothing or footwear

Singlets (after 8:00pm)

Rubber thongs (after 8:00pm)

General Appearance

Clothing and footwear must be clean, neat and tidy at all times.

Obscene, offensive or intimidating language, symbols or images on clothing will not be tolerated.

No leather vests, patches, or colours associated with gangs.

Tattoos deemed intimidating or offensive must be covered. 

Headwear

For identification and security purposes, patrons wearing hats or other headwear may be requested to remove them. Once staff/security are satisfied, headwear may be put back on.

Final Decision

Management reserves the right to determine acceptable standards of dress and behavior.

All decisions made by management are final. 

Refund Policy

Membership Refund Policy

  1.  Memberships are non-refundable.
  2. In extreme cases, a refund may be considered. Please contact the club with a request including details of your situation.

a. The Q reserve the right to deny refunds in cases deemed not extreme.

Ticket Refund Policy

  1. Tickets for events at The Q are non-refundable.
  2. If unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to a friend up until 48 hours before the event.

a. When transferring tickets to a friend, The Q are not responsible for the transfer of funds.
b. A name change on ticket can be completed upon request from official ticket holder with proof of identification.
c. The Q reserve the right to deny this request if ticket holder cannot provide sufficient proof of identification.

This information is essential for issuing tax invoices, delivering orders or communications, sending electronic messages (such as newsletters, promotions, and account updates), and following up on enquiries or transactions.

Where practical, we will collect your personal information directly from you. While you are not required to provide information that is not relevant to your dealings with us, please note that certain details may be necessary to meet our legal obligations, particularly in relation to taxation and financial records.

Security and Handling of Information

We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Any financial information you provide for transactions is used solely for that specific transaction and is not stored by The Q.

We do not share your personal information with external organisations, such as market researchers or advertisers. If you require your account information to be shared for credit reference purposes, we will only do so with your written authorisation.

Access and Corrections

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and we will take reasonable steps to correct any inaccuracies, subject to the exceptions outlined in privacy law. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity through questions and a signed request before releasing or amending your records.
