Dress Code
The minimum dress standard for members of the general public attending QGRC tracks is clean and neat casual dress. Footwear is mandatory at all times. Members of the general public may be refused entry to the tracks by Club Officials if it is felt that these standards are not being adhered to.
Refund Policy
Membership Refund Policy
- Memberships are non-refundable.
- In extreme cases, a refund may be considered. Please contact the club with a request including details of your situation.
a. The Q reserve the right to deny refunds in cases deemed not extreme.
Ticket Refund Policy
- Tickets for events at The Q are non-refundable.
- If unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to a friend up until 48 hours before the event.
a. When transferring tickets to a friend, The Q are not responsible for the transfer of funds.
b. A name change on ticket can be completed upon request from official ticket holder with proof of identification.
c. The Q reserve the right to deny this request if ticket holder cannot provide sufficient proof of identification.

While you are not required to provide information that is not relevant to your dealings with us, please note that certain details may be necessary to meet our legal obligations, particularly in relation to taxation and financial records.
