Q Rewards Points

Rewards Points are earned while playing the gaming machines or with food & beverage spend. They can only be used to pay for food & beverages or redeemed for cash.

Members commence in the Bronze level and earn Q Rewards Points at the following rates:

One Q Rewards Point per $1 spend on food and beverage
One Q Rewards Point per $12 play on the gaming machines

Your earning potential increases as you progress through the rewards levels. To redeem Q Rewards Points for cash, see staff in the gaming lounge or print a cash voucher through the rewards kiosk.

Each time you use your card across the Club, you will earn Status Credits to help you progress to the next Q Rewards status level.

All members start in the Bronze level and progress based on your purchase activity across the club (food and beverage and gaming). As members achieve the next level they are automatically reset to enable the next tier of rewards. Level Reviews are conducted on the first of every month. If you do not have the required Status Credits, your level will be adjusted.

The Q and is committed to ethical and responsible behaviour that recognises the importance of our members’ and patrons’ wellbeing with a focus on minimising the potential harm of gambling.
